Orders:

Pricing and Payment

 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed directly from our own inventory within 1–3 business days of successful payment confirmation. Processing times may be slightly extended during periods of high order volume, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable operational control.

Shipping and Delivery
To ensure product quality, all orders are shipped directly from our in-house warehouse in Berlin, Germany. Orders are delivered via reputable courier services, including DHL, FedEx, UPS Priority, or other equivalent providers. Delivery is expected within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Customers will receive email tracking updates at various stages of the delivery process—including shipment from our Berlin warehouse, carrier processing, and local delivery—sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary based on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our normal operational control.

Transfer of Risk and Liability
For orders delivered to consumers within the applicable jurisdiction, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with the seller until the goods are physically received by the customer or a recipient designated by the customer. Risk does not transfer immediately upon handover to the carrier. This clause shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable EU and German consumer protection laws.

 Right of Return
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers residing in jurisdictions where the right of return applies may return goods without providing a reason within 14 calendar days of receipt. To exercise this right, the customer must notify customer support via email before the return period expires. Returned goods must be in substantially the same condition as when received and include all components originally supplied with the order; they should be shipped back to our warehouse in Berlin. Refunds will be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected. These terms do not limit any mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged or Defective Items
If items arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, the customer should contact customer service within a reasonable time after receipt. Customer service may request photos showing the condition of the items and their packaging. If the submitted information confirms the damage or defect, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including:

a replacement; or

a full refund.
For verified damaged or defective items, the return of the damaged item is generally not required unless further inspection is necessary.

Returns
